Summary: We really liked the layout of this place. It was all very comfortable. Watching out the window while in the comfort of the lounge room with a hot cuppa was relaxing. For those with limited mobility or mobility issues. There is one large step up to the front door and then the door step. There is a entry landing that leads to one flight of stairs going up to the kitchen, lounge room and master bedroom, and one flight of stairs to the lower area with two bedrooms, bathroom with a shower over a bath, a gym area and a laundry. We used a pot on the stove top to boil water for a cup of tea, but an electric kettle or a kettle you could put on the stove top would be an awesome addition for boiling water. This new place is still a work in progress but we loved it and the area.

Summary: New home yet to be decorated with homey touches. Very clean, beds and bedrooms worked perfectly. A path through the grass to the river would have been nice to possibly fish.
